During my three years in Italy, I traveled to 14 different regions from north to south. I learned that the beauty of Italian cuisine lies in simply making the most of the locally sourced "seasonal" ingredients without losing their natural flavors.
Since the establishment of Acqua Pazza in 1990, I have always valued serving customers the "seasonal" ingredients produced in each region of Japan, using skills I learned in Italy. Sarutahiko Coffee at Aquaignis Sendai will be our first shop in the Tohoku region. Sarutahiko Coffee was established in 2011, the year of the Great East Japan Earthquake.
We procure the world's highest quality raw coffee beans through direct trade with the production sites and roast them with world-class technologies.
